Visa and MasterCard

You can conveniently pay for your order online using Visa and MasterCard bank cards through the Portmone system. Just keep in mind that we can only proceed with the delivery of your items after we've confirmed your payment.

Cash on delivery TC "Nova Poshta"

When you opt for cash on delivery payment, you'll settle the payment after verifying the package to ensure it matches your order at the "Nova Poshta" office. There will be a "Nova Poshta" commission fee of 2% of the order amount, along with a UAH 20 fee for fund transfer.

If, for any reason, the order doesn't meet your expectations, you can easily decline to accept the parcel, and you won't be charged for anything.

Other payment options

You have the flexibility to make payments through various convenient methods such as the terminal or cash desk at "PrivatBank," the Privat24 application, IBox, or other compatible terminals. Our manager will share the payment details with you once your order is confirmed.

Please note that for residents outside of our country, payments must be made via a money transfer in the local currency, at the commercial exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. Orders will be dispatched once we receive 100% prepayment, which includes the cost of goods and shipping charges.
